First thing you should know about me: my heart belongs to Jesus Christ, my Savior and my King. I have surrendered my life to Him. I am a sinner and could never be perfect, but His grace is sufficient for me every single day.
My family: I have two wonderful parents who love and care for me. I have three siblings; one older sister named Allyson and two younger brothers named Ian and Gavin. My sister is my best friend. She is everything that an older sister should be and is a huge blessing in my life. My two younger brothers light up my world so much! They're both different in their unique ways, but are each so awesome.
Where am I?: I have grown up in Fort Collins, Colorado and am currently getting ready to go on the mission field to SLOVAKIA! My family will be moving away from FC on June 13th, 2011, and will live in Colorado Springs for missions training. After a month of missions training, we will head to Iowa and live with my Grandparents until we raise enough support to move to Slovakia.
What are some of my favorite things?: I love God. I love spending time with my family and friends. I love piano. I love to teach little kids. I love to knit. I love children. I love anything BBC (Jane Austin, Elizabeth Gaskel, Charles Dickens). I love anything that has to do with England. I could live off of bread, fruit, tea and chocolate. I have a burning passion for serving Jesus and telling people about Him and His message, the Gospel. I love missions. I want to work with orphans when I get older and help raise them to become men and woman who love Jesus and take His message to the world. I have so many favorite verses in the Bible! But currently my favorite verse is Romans 8:28;
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who LOVE Him, who have been called according to HIS purpose."
